1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and aah77 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). Access to and use of the aah77 website and mobile application are conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or playing any game on aah77, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may hold only one registered account on aah77. Opening duplicate or additional accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or different payment details — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, aah77 will require you to complete identity verification ("KYC"). This involves submitting a valid government-issued ID. Verification ensures the security of your account and the integrity of the platform. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. aah77 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits

All deposits on aah77 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount and accepted payment methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfer and local e-wallets available to Filipino players. aah77 does not accept deposits via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any digital asset. Deposits made through methods not listed in the cashier may be rejected and returned to the originating account.

You may only deposit funds from an account or payment method held in your own name. aah77 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the account investigated.

Deposit transactions are typically credited to your aah77 balance within the timeframe shown in the cashier for the selected method. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to a verified payment account registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited — your withdrawal destination must match the account holder name on your aah77 registration.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC will be unable to process withdrawals until verification is finalised. aah77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point in the withdrawal process.

If you have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, withdrawal requests may be held or the bonus forfeited depending on the terms of the specific offer. Review the terms of any active bonus in your account before submitting a withdrawal request.

Processing times vary by payment method and are shown in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request. aah77 will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawals within the stated timeframes, but delays caused by bank processing, public holidays, or additional verification requirements are beyond the platform's direct control.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses, cashback, and promotional offers available on aah77 are governed by the general terms set out here as well as the specific terms published on each individual offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

By opting in to any bonus or promotion, you agree to the complete terms of that offer — including wagering requirements, eligible game categories, time limits, and any maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus-generated funds.

aah77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after you have already opted in and met the qualifying conditions, any bonus already credited will be honoured in accordance with the original offer terms.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing mathematically low-risk bets designed to clear wagering requirements without meaningful risk, or exploiting errors in offer terms — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the aah77 platform — including slots, live casino tables, fish shooting games, eBingo, table games, and sports betting — are subject to the rules of those individual games as presented within the game interface or sportsbook.

For live casino and table games, the dealer's or software's decision is final. For sports betting, results are settled in accordance with the settlement rules published in the sportsbook for the relevant market. In the event of a technical error or game malfunction during a round, bets placed during the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.

aah77 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any specific game title. Game availability may change due to software provider updates, scheduled maintenance, or regional access restrictions.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the aah77 platform:

• Opening more than one account under any name or identity.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Providing false identity documents during the verification process.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform's software, security systems, or random number generation processes.

Accounts found to be engaged in any prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. Funds held in such accounts will be subject to review, and aah77 reserves the right to forfeit balances in confirmed cases of fraud or rule violation.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure

You may request to close your aah77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any verified remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements.

aah77 may close or suspend an account without prior notice where there is evidence of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud, balances may be held pending investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aah77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, network errors, or third-party payment delays outside our direct control.

aah77's total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of your real-money balance at the time the relevant incident occurred.

12 Changes to These Terms

aah77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through the platform — via account notifications, the promotions page, or a notice displayed upon login.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with changes to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
